Yabonza is an exciting new startup set to disrupt the property management and real estate industries. The Yabonza platform puts the power back into the hands of property owners providing a transparent and low cost solution for property owners and tenants.
Helm was engaged by Yabonza to establish their brand positioning and strategy which included their value proposition and key messages. In addition Helm was then engaged to come up with Yabonza's branding, identity, print collateral and website design.

A digital identity showcasing the features and benefits of the Yabonza platform in a visually appealing and "on-brand" treatment.
The design utilised the new brand elements, style guide and image selection we had undertaken as part of the new brand for Yabonza.
Brand Strategy
A full day workshop with the leaders of the Yabonza business to establish Yabonza's value proposition, target audiences and key messages for each audience.
The final strategy then served to inform all future Yabonza marketing and communications activity.
Brand Identity
Helm designed a visual identity from scratch for Yabonza.
This included a new logo, brand mark, fonts, colours and stationary.
Print Design
Helm designed brochures for Yabonza for each of their owners and investors audiences.
This included design, typesetting and image selection as well as multiple sizing variations.
Style Guide
Helm compiled a new style guide for Yabonza to maintain consistency of branding across all of its future marketing collateral.
